Position : Medicare Sales Agent

Type : Full-time, In-office
Compensation : Base Pay + Commission (No Chargebacks)

Responsibilities :
- Educate and enroll individuals in healthcare plans
- Utilize inbound leads to connect with potential clients
- Achieve daily sales objectives with the support of your team
Requirements :
- Sales-driven with a passion for helping others
- Ability to understand and convey the benefits of various healthcare products
- Proven sales experience preferred but not required
- Active Health / Life License in Florida (02-15 license) required, or willingness to obtain

Compensation Structure :
- Base Pay of $18 / hour plus commission
- Commission rates increase based on sales volume
- Weekly commission payouts with no chargebacks
- Additional bonuses for retention and referrals
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 8 : 45 AM - 6 PM with 1-hour lunch break
