What You’ll Be Doing - Job Responsibilities :
- Campaign Development : Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging content for the company’s website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- SEO / SEM Management : Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase lead generation.
- Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead Generation : Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates through targeted digital marketing efforts.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistency in the company’s voice and branding across all digital platforms.
- Community Outreach : Participate in community organizations and events to promote partnerships on the website and social media platforms.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the leadership team, sales department, and external vendors to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Staying Current : Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the company’s digital marketing efforts.

What we're looking for - Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the restoration or a related industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
