We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Strategy to lead our strategic planning efforts and drive the agency's growth through creative and effective strategies.
Strategic Leadership : Provide visionary leadership in developing, implementing, and overseeing the agency's overall strategic direction.
Client Collaboration : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to develop effective advertising strategies.
Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities that inform the agency's strategic recommendations.
Campaign Planning : Lead the development of comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, account management, and other teams to integrate strategic insights into campaign development and execution.
Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
New Business Development : Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, participating in pitches, and showcasing the agency's strategic capabilities.
Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of strategists (40+), fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Industry Expertise : Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in consumer behavior to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation.
Budget Management : Work with the finance team to develop and manage budgets related to strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role within an advertising, marketing, communications, or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and communication principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful advertising strategies.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of over 20 people.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
