Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. You will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring excellent service and meeting service level goals.

Responsibilities
Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- High volume call experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
One year of work experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and / or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and / or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field.
