Partner with salesmarketing and supply chain teams to ensure we are meeting allottedtimelines to achieve maximum margin of profitability.
Elish strongcollaborative relationships with these key stakeholders. Lead witha LEAN / Continuous Improvement mindset. Drive consistency andstandardization across the facility.
Identify areas of improvementin the facility and create a collaborative action plan to addressand improve efficiencies and profitability.
Manage the workforcethrough responsible training and clear job ignment definition andexplanation including organizational chart job descriptions andregular employee reviews.
Provide strategic direction and supportto production supervisors. High School diploma or GED required.
Requirements
Collegedegree is preferred but not required. Minimum of 4 years experiencein a production or manufacturingenvironment.
Priorleadership experience with progressively advancing levels ofleadershipresponsibilities.
