Final Mile Terminal Manager & Driver Installer - Non CDL

AM Home Delivery Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Non-CDL Delivery Specialist, Appliance Installer, and Terminal Manager to join our team and help start up a new Terminal location.

This multifaceted role requires a candidate with experience in delivery driving, appliance installation, and warehouse management.

Great Pay and Growth Opportunity - Salary Increase within the first 6 months and annual bonus potential.This is a dual role position for our soon to be open terminal in the Minneapolis location.

This dual role will manage the terminal and warehouse operations while also performing local deliveries in the Minneapolis area.

Appliance installation experience is a priority, with excellent growth potential to add delivery teams and grow the location.

Specifics : - Safely and efficiently transport appliances, TV's, electronics and furniture to customers' homes in a timely manner.

• Install a variety of appliances, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and space optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.- Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency.

• Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one prior to starting
• 3 years MVR record with two or fewer violations and accidents
