POSITION SUMMARY

The Information Technology Manager is a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to oversee and evolve our technology infrastructure.

In this role, the Manager will manage all aspects of our IT operations, from maintaining our current tech stack to strategizing and implementing future developments.

This position will ensure that our technology systems are modern, secure, and efficient, aligning IT initiatives with our business goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• IT Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports the company's objectives, ensuring scalability and security.
• Infrastructure Management : Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our Azure Cloud infrastructure, Dell VMWare clusters, and Cisco Meraki networking systems.
• Software & Systems Administration : Manage Microsoft 365 administration, Intune with Autopilot for device management, and our ERP systems, primarily IFS.
• Cybersecurity : Enhance our cybersecurity posture using tools like Microsoft Defender and the E5 security suite.
• Project Management : Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and optimizations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide a small IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Technical Support : Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues across the organization.
• Other duties as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education :

BS degree in computer technology, Management and Information Systems (MIS) or related field

Experience & Skills :

Technical Skills and Experience :

• Azure Cloud : Extensive experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure and services.
• VMWare : Experience in managing and configuring VMWare clusters.
• Networking : Experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions.
• Microsoft 365 : Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Device Management : Experience with Intune and Autopilot for device management.
• Cybersecurity : Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, E5 security suite, and other cybersecurity tools.
• ERP Systems : Experience managing ERP systems, preferably IFS.
• Project Management : Demonstrated ability to lead IT system upgrades and optimizations.
