With Locations in Houston, San Antonio, Orlando, Raleigh, Austin and Dallas, McCorvey Sheet Metal Works, L.P. is a detailer, fabricator, and installer of HVAC sheet metal duct.
McCorvey has performed on numerous high-profile projects all over the United States. We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team!
Requirements :
- Able to pass a drug test
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma
- Current driver’s license
- Proficient in English language
- 7+ years of experience running HVAC ductwork for large projects
- Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications
- Layout hangers utilizing dimensions or with a Trimble unit
- Full knowledge of ductwork, duct systems, water gauge, and different materials used
- Work with fellow employees with a respectful and tolerant attitude
- Willing to travel
Typical duties include but are not limited to :
- Line out employees each day on jobsite
- Work necessary hours to hit mandatory deadlines
- Fill out Daily Reports, 3 Week Look Ahead, percent complete on project, and turn in employee’s time
- Communicate with Project Managers and Superintendent every day
- Attend onsite meetings with Mechanical and GC
- Install the highest quality product
- Represent McCorvey in a professional manner
