- Licensed Loan Officer : Hold an active and valid state license as a Loan Officer.
- Sales Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze complex financial situations and offer suitable loan solutions.
- Time Management : Effective organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications and meet deadlines.
