Multidisciplinary team is hiring a Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Fort Lauderdale team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead electrical team in design of public / private development projects
- Recruit new team members to build a strong team
- Assist with business development
- Attend project / client interviews
- Interact with other inhouse teams
- Attend meetings with clients authorities having jurisdiction and other professionals
- Ensure QA / QC standards are met by reviewing designs prepared by others
Requirements :
- BS in Electrical Engineer
- 12 years of Electrical design experience
- PE License
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience in designing multiple types of buildings (architectural / industrial)
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Broad experience in power lighting fire alarm and voice / data design
- Experience on healthcare projects preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
