As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of the Armor Enterprise Cloud solution and infrastructure, solving complex technical problems to drive platform performance and efficiency to meet constantly evolving customer requirements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product strategy, define requirements, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required.)

  • Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle, from defining a product roadmap and breaking it down into discrete features and tasks for backlog planning with design and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party products and services, ensuring alignment with Armor product goals and performance standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle to generate alignment and a shared understanding of product functionality, placement, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure ongoing product performance by defining clear OKRs, KPIs and metrics for data-driven analysis and optimization of product performance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external consumption

Required Skills

  • Strong technical background and ability to understand system architecture
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with third-party vendors
  • Strong understanding of private, hosted, or hybrid cloud environments
  • Experience working with SDLC and common agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Educational background in computer science or related technical equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience working with software, service, and DevOps teams (preferred)

Education and / or Experience

  • Experience in Product Management within a hosting or software company
  • 3+ years of product management experience
