Responsibilities :
- Prepare weekly for client programs, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our Founder, managing communications and scheduling efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings with precision.
- Handle confidential information sensitively and adhere to strict deadlines.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate of completion required.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an executive assistant or in a supportive role.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
