- Physician-led, patient-centered, team-based, supportive primary care environment
- Lower Acuity and overflow visits for Primary Care patient panel at practice

- Seeking a Full-Time commitment of 3-4 days per week
- Not a walk-in clinic; scheduled visits
- Scheduled patient visits while collaborating with PCP at practice
- Autonomy in practice and seeking experience as a clinician

Our premier group currently employs nearly 250 Physicians and 150 APCs in Primary Care with areas of focus in family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatric medicine.
Required Qualifications :
- Masterâ€s degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to start
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC / AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
