Job duties include :
- Parts, accessories, and apparel sales - over the counter, and by phone
- After sales- customer service; and receiving and shipping.
- Exceptional customer service
- Understanding & ability to learn information on parts & accessories sold
- Greet and assist all walk in guest inquiries with an attitude of great service
- Track all pending orders & follow-up with guest on arrival or E.T.A.
- Maintain parts sales floor and specific assigned section
- Ability to work as a team player with other departments in the dealership
- Interact with people and follow a structured sales process
Who we're looking for :
- Has a love for all things powersports and / or have powersports experience
- Retail experience (Car or Motorcycle preferred)
- Honest, friendly, self-driven, results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & is comfortable multi-tasking
- Self-motivator to reach sales targets
- ADP Lightspeed experience a plus
- Extra pay for Spanish speakers
- Being on a winning team with room to grow and move up!
