Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig

As a Clinical Director, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership :

• Oversee and manage Clinical Supervisors to ensure highest clinical quality of services
• Evaluate centers clinical capacity and promote center growth
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans of all clients in the center
• Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1 : 1 ABA therapy
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct and oversee functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
• Support staff, clients and families to ensure client success
• Implement and supervise behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
• Mentor and lead teams of BCBAs and RBTs working with clients
• Participate in selection process of growing the BCBA team
