Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
Location : Grapevine, TX
Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Schedule : 3 Shifts Per Week, 36 Scheduled Hours
Hourly Pay : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
As a RN Float, you'll be a critical part of the healthcare team, coordinating patient care using our nursing model. Youll assess patient needs, plan personalized care, and evaluate their response to treatment.
Your expertise ensures a smooth transition for patients through their healthcare journey, and youll delegate care tasks to team members based on patient conditions and staff competency.
Key Responsibilities :
Focus on patient and family needs, developing care plans and adjusting them as needed for desired outcomes.
Provide safe and therapeutic care for patients and staff, assisting in managing both emotional and physical pain.
Embrace diversity by incorporating patient perspectives and needs into care plans.
Educate patients, families, staff, and community continuously and assess learning progress.
Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and delegate tasks appropriately.
Solve problems efficiently and make recommendations for patient care based on professional expertise.

Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or 2 years of relevant work experience.
Nursing specialization or field of study.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing experience required.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
