A DAY IN THE LIFE

Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Teams, Subcontractors, and Suppliers throughout assigned projects on all legal matters including contracts, compliance requirements, change orders, lien waivers, and other related verifications .

Develops and maintains relationship s with and delivers outstanding service to Blattner's Subcontr actors and Suppliers.

Prep ares and reviews potential risks involved with the Subcontract and Purchase contract requirements.

Provides suggested revisions to the Blattner negotiation team and delivers creative solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

2- 4 year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

5 years of contract-related experience / exposure required .

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Suite preferred .

Construction or renewable energy experience .
