A leading architecture design company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects.
The ideal candidate brings a solid background in engineering and construction management, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Collaborating with various teams, the new hire will improve operational efficiency by overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing project timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders while adhering to all relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities :
- Constructability reviews.
- Detailed inspection of underground storage tank installation and related stormwater system.
- Quality control supervision and daily reporting.
- Construction management of vertical and horizontal work.
- Supervision of environmental measures including archaeological monitoring during construction, as the site may have some archeological remains.
- Supervision of all construction activities.
- Review of schedules and monthly payment estimates, and facilitation of progress meetings and other meetings.
- Coordinating partnering with all stakeholders.
- Utilities inspection and oversight.
- Review of materials testing reports, assigning testing lab as needed, and monitoring the daily, 3 week, and P6 project schedules accordingly.
- Supervision, training, and review of inspection staff.
- Monitor and document contractor’s work, including earthwork, drainage work, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, structure and concrete work, concrete and hot-mixed asphalt, paving, curb & gutter, traffic barrier, fence, sign installation, mortal and brick work, steel work, masonry work, landscape work, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Building exterior and interior Finishes.
- Computation of ?nal quantities for sketchbook records and project close-out.
- Coordination of punch-list items.
- Coordination with design offices and contractors Submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Perform other engineering professional work as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, civil preferred
- Must have PE license
