Responsibilities

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role will be a key member of our client's leadership team, responsible for leading the development and execution of our technology strategy

• In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founding team, contributing to the vision and direction of our client, and ensuring that our technology stack is cutting-edge and scalable.
• Technology Strategy : Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports rapid product development
• Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, integrating them into our product to enhance user experience and functionality
• Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Agile Development : Implement and oversee agile development practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software.
• Problem Solving : Think critically and creatively to solve complex technical challenges and drive the success of our product.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment and achieve company goals
• Lead the development of design documents for technology products with a focus on Healthcare Technology and Large Language Models.
• Implement and optimize code for technology products and services, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Break down complex work items into manageable tasks and provide accurate estimations for project timelines.

Requirements :

• Masters of Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role
• Solid experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable services / platforms
• Experience with production scale distributed systems
• Experience in building Machine Learning / Deep Learning systems
• Strong leadership skills
• Healthcare Industry experience a must
