The Role of a CorePower Yoga Studio Coordinator
As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and upholding high health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, you work with the Studio Manager to deliver results and growth toward company and studio goals. This is a part-time, entry-level position designed to help you learn the business and develop the skills to operate a studio.
Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience
Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire these values in othersSupport the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollmentCommit to a flexible schedule of 18–29 hours per week in studio to support operations, teaching (if certified), health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team supportBe flexible with schedule availability within the hourly commitmentServe as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is not presentMaintain studio supply inventory and cleanliness supplies, towels, programming materials, and related amenitiesEngage with the studio community, greet students by name, and foster a welcoming front-desk environmentSupport teachers with learning the POS and other pre / post-class dutiesCoordinate and Execute Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol
Uphold high standards for cleanliness, functionality, and safety in the studio, including proper heat / humidity, music, and a clutter-free environmentCommunicate Smart Health Protocol to students at entry and during visitsAct as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) by cleaning, stocking amenities, and ensuring cleanliness protocols are followed while on dutyAssist with SET scheduling, coverage, and training; lead Orientation for new SET membersCoordinate studio operations systems (POS, Online Reservation System, Subbing Application, HRIS, Help Desk) and communicate follow-up needs to the Studio ManagerTeaching Schedule
Support the class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and subbing as needed if certifiedSkills & Experience
Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core ValuesExcellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer serviceYoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferredYoga Sculpt teacher training preferredFamiliar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems)Ability to build relationships across diverse personalitiesThrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deadlinesSelf-starter with ability to take on new projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)College BA / BS preferredFine Print
