Position Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the Construction and Design department for our growing North American organization.
- Oversee all aspects of large-scale construction, design and maintenance projects, including working with outside vendors and contractors.
- Manage third party professionals such as architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and other contractors.
- Build and maintain successful internal relationships with departments such as Executive Leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering and Facilities.
- Supervise due diligence, construction entitlements, budgets, architectural design reviews, site engineering, permitting, scheduling and project coordination from start to completion.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 20+ years of construction leadership experience.
- 10+ years of proven management and development of large teams.
- Experience managing and directing large scale industrial projects, such as 1 million+ square-foot warehouses.
