We’re looking for a part time (25 hours) sales professional to join our growing team at Body Moksha Physical Therapy! Are you empathetic and love connecting with others?

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for active adults in our community seeking care for pain and injuries that are holding them back from participating in their favorite activities like running, hiking, golf, pickleball, and staying active at the gym.

We are looking for someone who can connect with prospective clients, be compassionate about their injury, and provide them with the information to help them take the next step towards using our services by booking a Free Consultation.

Who We Are : Body Moksha Physical Therapy was founded in 2016 to Help Active Adults In Their 40s, 50s and 60s To Move Better, Stay Active And Keep Doing The Things They Love Well Into Their 70s and 80s.

It was born out of the frustration of dealing with high volume and low relationship based healthcare. We strive to be a world class physical therapy clinic where patients are guaranteed individualized attention, customized exercise programming, and hands on treatment that helps them get back to and continue doing the activities they love.

Currently we offer individualized one-on-one Physical Therapy and Strength Training to active adults as well as building our women’s health program to help pelvic floor patients as well.

We are not your typical physical therapy practice. We are a fun and welcoming team who nurtures everyone who enters our world as a part of our family’.

We’re the Cheers Bar’ of physical therapy where everybody knows your name’. We strive to provide world class customer service and build true long lasting relationships with our our clients as well as their friends and families.

Over the last 7 years, Body Moksha Physical Therapy has experienced rapid growth in the Chatham area while becoming one of the highest-rated physical therapy clinics working with active adults.

Check out our website w ww.bodymoksha.com for more information! Your Responsibilities in This Role : Be the first contact for leads searching for support, provide exceptional client experiences and reassure them that our services and working specifically with us is the right choice for them.

Communicate value of our services over phone, text and email to take a prospective lead towards booking a free consultation.

Contact clients after their free consultation to answer any questions and ensure they don’t hesitations and will be showing up to their first paid appointment.

Make 60-100 outbound calls per day to leads who have inquired about our services. Confident in Cold Calling - reaching out to older unconverted leads to stay in touch and continue to nurture the relationship so they can choose to work with us when they are ready, because we care.

Nurture unconverted leads through email and text to build relationships by supporting and educating them through sending free reports, relevant blogs, videos, and invitations to educational workshops.

Assist in scheduling appointments for new clients and rescheduling appointments for existing clients. Update all records in lead tracking spreadsheets as well as CRM with accurate details and status of each lead coming through via website, paid ads, word of mouth, community events, etc.

Attend our Community Workshops to assist the physical therapists in converting registrants to free consultations. Self-motivated to grow personally and professionally with regards to sales communication, scripts, strategy, and role-playing.

Stay up to date and well versed on all of our services and relevant pricing to be able to speak about our services with confidence and close sales with enthusiasm.

Skills This Position Requires : Believing in our services to get people excited about working with us. Growth mindset to be able to adapt as we make changes to our systems and processes as we scale.

Strong written and verbal communication to be able to communicate our services clearly and succinctly to help prospective customers make the decision to work with us.

Extreme attention to detail, time management, and organization skills to make sure all leads are being followed up with in a timely manner and nothing falls through the cracks.

Ability to independently work and meet deadlines Ability to use google drive, CRM systems, and navigate digital softwar Other Qualifications : At least one year’s experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-customer environment.

Likes to work in a small company where your input, contributions and ideas will directly impact the company’s growth and success.

Is a quick, self-motivated learner who wants to work for a company that will invest in your education and training. Enjoys having conversations with (and helping) small business owner and leaders.
