Role and Responsibilities

This senior position at Dreww focuses on supporting eCommerce brands in revenue growth through full funnel strategies. Your mission is to lead paid media efforts while managing the entire customer journey, from research to orient messages, to conversion, retention, and long-term loyalty.

You will be responsible for client research to guide positioning and messaging, creating advertising content, optimizing conversion rates on the site, and managing email marketing strategies, including time-based campaigns and behavior-based flows. Your goal is to acquire new customers while maintaining the lowest possible CAC and to increase AOV and LTV through an acquisition system.

You will be fully accountable for performance and results, with objectives tied to metrics like CAC, NCAC, MER, AOV, conversion rate, and customer retention.

As a Senior Specialist, eCommerce Growth and Paid Media, you will be responsible for :

  • Taking charge of paid media performance and growth across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention.
  • Conducting client research to inform messaging strategies, offers, creative directions, and sales funnel structure.
  • Leading the ideation and production of advertising content, including static visuals, videos, and copy for paid media campaigns.
  • Planning, launching, and managing paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms, with a clear plan for testing and optimization.
  • Building and updating financial forecasts that link media investments to revenue goals and profitability.
  • Optimizing conversion rates through A / B testing, landing page improvements, and sales funnel optimizations.
  • Managing the full spectrum of eCommerce email marketing strategy, including promotional campaigns and behavior-based user flows.
  • Analyzing performance data across all channels to guide decisions in paid media, content production, and sales funnel structuring.
  • Producing regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
  • Collaborating closely with content, creative, and web teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members and freelancers involved in campaign execution or content creation.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in eCommerce growth, performance marketing, ideally in an agency or fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, sales funnels, and strategies to acquire and retain customers.
  • Experience in creating and managing financial forecasting models linked to revenue goals and margins, with a good grasp of metrics like CAC, MER, LTV, AOV, and conversion rate.
  • Ability to develop messaging strategies and produce content for paid campaigns, including static visuals, video scripts, and conversion-oriented offers.
  • Practical experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong experience with eCommerce CRO tactics, A / B testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Solid experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms, as well as experience in managing promotional campaigns and behavior-based flows.
  • Experience with first-party data and attribution tools like Triple Whale or AdBeacon to analyze performance, track customer journeys, and guide media and creative decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess performance, and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead strategic discussions and align media, content, and creative teams.
