Most of our patients are native English speakers. Knowledge of French / Haitian Creole is helpful, but not required. Responsibilities
- Orthopedics screening practice- focusing on patients referred from the ED for evaluation* Sports Medicine Practice- patients referred from primary or from orthopedics for non-operativemusculoskeletal care.
- Teaching and direct supervision of care provided by orthopedics and internal medicine residents.* Conferences to primary care providers on musculoskeletal medicine.
- To assist with, facilitate, and perform work pertaining to continuous quality improvement* To provide complete documentation in the computerized medical record* To provide on-call services by based on scheduled rotation* To conduct clinic business and patient care responsibilities in accordance with the policies and procedures of Kings County Hospital* To adhere to performance improvement standards and clinical guidelines of the ambulatory carepractice* To attend the weekly Grand Rounds Qualifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Sports Medicine* Possess or eligible for a New York State Medical License* Graduated of an approved Medical School*Exceptional Benefits Include : *
