Job Description

  • Reading / reviewing proposals / contracts for select terms and managing standard templates for use in review.
  • Preparing, organizing, storing, and retrieving contract files
  • Tracking contract status in our document review and storage of executed contracts computer system
  • Preparing summaries of contracts for execution
  • Supporting attorneys in meeting with service line leaders to discuss contract clauses for projects.
  • Drafting, reviewing, commenting, and obtaining signature of legal documents, including NDAs, service purchase orders, RFP response forms, and other documents as defined by General Counsel
  • Maintaining charts and matrixes for insurance, professional entity registrations, litigation, and other matters relevant to the business.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with the LinkSquares computer system is desirable but not required.
  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studie, contract management, s or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
