Leidos, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an IT Contracts Administrator to join our Corporate Business Operations team.
We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a strong financial background, who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Our team focuses on financial control, operations, and asset management for the Digital & Information Office organizations.
In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for purchases and renewals of hardware, software and professional services.
You will perform various duties inclusive of but not limited to the coordination of appropriate internal budget reviews, processing invoices, goods receipts and some purchases utilizing a corporate card.
Candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating at all levels within the organization.
Basic Qualifications :
- Requires a BA degree and 4 + years of prior relevant IT Contracts experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Have the ability to identify and mitigate contract risks as well as coordinate appropriate reviews in accordance with Leidos policy and procedures.
- ust have the ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Deltek Costpoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include well developed analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of procurement of IT software licensing and provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of understanding commercial terms, conditions and warranty requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving contractual issues on active contracts.
- Industry related certification related to contracts or IT asset, configuration management.
- Experience with Service Now, Deltek Costpoint, MS Office Suite.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL 4, CFCM or CPCM.
Please note that actual salary is closer to the midpoint of the posted pay range.

Pay Range :
Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
