About the role : As a Senior Technical Writer your development activities at the CyberOperations Branch program office adhere to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

SAFe offers proven, integrated principles, practices, and competenciesto implement lead, agile, and DevOps at scale. Additionally, thisprogram office personifies DevSecOps which automates the integration ofsecurity at every phase of the software development lifecycle from initialdesign, through integration, testing, deployment, and softwaredelivery.

These development efforts shall result in two deployable defensivecyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to USSF mission systems.

you will review, plan, and evaluate network communications systems.Provide documentation / project tracking and management reporting.

Providetactical and strategic input on overall network communications planning andrelated projects. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts,practices, and procedures.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment toplan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree ofcreatiWhat we are looking for : Ten plus years' experience as a Technical WriterExperience writing software development release notes, documentationconfiguration management, technical document creation and editingAbility to collaborate within a cross-functional team and an eagerness tolearn how to advocate for end-users.

Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and empathy.Solid communication skillsMinimum of a Bachelor's DegreeHighly preferred : A Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) isHIGHLY desired.

SAFe for Teams CertificationFamiliar with Sketch, FIGMA, InVision, Visio, Docusaurus, Adobe Creative SuitePlanning and participating in early-stage discovery, framing, and ideationAn initial understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agileenvironment.
