Procurement Analyst - Senior Clearance :

  • Public Trust 100% onsite Washington, DC Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Project Manager to assist our HHS government customer in providing non-inherently governmental acquisition support services to facilitate the award and administration of contracts, perform quality assurance across contracts, and provide budget support.
  • In this role, the senior Procurement Analyst focuses on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the acquisition program and quality assurance.
  • All functional duties shall be performed independently.

Work may include, but is not limited to :

  • Review and provide input on regulatory and policy items. Assist contracting officers with claims control.
  • Develop and maintain content for the acquisition MS SharePoint sites.
  • Developing approaches, content, and / or presenting at industry engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain solicitation templates and review matrices.
  • Assisting with contract pre-solicitation and pre-award reviews.
  • Conducting post-award contract eFile content reviews.
  • Assist the Protest Control Officer.
  • Communications to customers and staff primarily on important acquisition updates (e.g., policy changes, procedural changes, and deadlines).
  • Training.
  • Procurement data collection and analytics.

    • Required Skills and Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience with an MA / MS degree, or over 20 years of experience in federal acquisitions, or approximately 20 years of experience in federal acquisitions that demonstrates expert-level knowledge across a broad array of federal acquisition concepts and application of those concepts in complex and mission-critical situations.
  • There is a trade-off between a master’s and 10 years of experience.
