This role is for a GSSM (Global Sourcing and Supply Management) in Corporate Procurement team that supports the commercial & strategic management for repair centers for ClientCare.
The person will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies and negotiating pricing and contracts. The candidate will be responsible for negotiating agreements that meet Client’s performance criteria and secure long term service continuity.
The candidate will collaborate across the organization to ensure business objectives are met and will present recommendations to leaders across several cross-functional teams.
The role requires a proactive work ethic, relationship-building skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, communication skills, resourcefulness, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team members, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
The ideal candidate is an experienced supplier manager with global repair services experience, strong understanding of quality principles and has a strong technical aptitude
- Key Qualifications : BS in engineering or BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience, MBA or MS is a plus
- 3-5 year of industry experience with 2+ years in Procurement / Operations - focused roles
