YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Join our team at Lambert Plumbing and Heating as an Office Manager and enjoy a great work-life balance with our 7 AM - 5 PM schedule and a 1-hour mid-day break to recharge.
As the Operations Manager, your day is filled with meaningful responsibilities. You start by managing and supporting the field service technicians and customer service representatives, ensuring that the team runs smoothly and efficiently.
Throughout the day, you provide valuable assistance to technicians by offering larger project estimates and task breakdowns.
You collaborate closely with ownership, contributing to the company's strategic decisions and ensuring alignment across all operations.
When tackling complex and challenging issues, you work directly with customers, providing effective solutions and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
This dynamic role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Here's what you need to become our Operations Manager :
- 5+ years of trade experience
- Clean driver's license
- EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certified
Although not required, we highly value 10+ years of experience in the trade, customer service experience, and leadership experience!
