Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installing of new Fire Detection, Intrusion Detection, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Network Infrastructure Systems
• Assisting with the service and maintenance of existing systems
• Maintain good customer relations and satisfaction
• Continually expands knowledge base by attending seminars, conferences, and professional training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma of GED
• Good moral character
• Clean driving record
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Naturally organized and methodical, with strong attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and professional image
• Experience with hand tool, cabling, and / or construction methods is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Heavy lifting is required up to 75lbs
• Long periods of constant standing
• Able to utilize a ladder

Expected hours of work

• Typically, 40-48 hours a week, during normal business hours
• Completes regular network maintenance outside of normal business hours, typically one to two times a month.
• Occasional work outside of typical hours to support special projects.
