Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Product Marketing : Work closely with the product management team with a strong focus on bringing product value propositions to life by creating presentations, product briefings and other internal product marketing materials for the target persona, with the right mix of product details and marketing language.
• Product Launch : Execute the cross-functional product launch process to identify products to be launched and apply a formalized launch methodology to involve key stakeholders across product management, marketing, revenue, pricing and client experience team.
• Content Creation : Deliver marketing facing product content including factsheets, FAQs, video scripts and website content.
• Competitive Intelligence : Research the market and keep close watch on the existing or upcoming competitors. You build a competitive and market intelligence report together with other members of the team and sales enablement to support revenue teams and product teams.

Education, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, marketing or similar.
• 5-10 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably within FinTech and / or Office of the CFO.
• Experience in product management, sales enablement or pre-sales roles is a strong plus.
• Very strong written and verbal storytelling skills, especially for high tech products.
• Comfortable with data processing and topic-based research.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications along with Salesforce.com, Asana and Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong plus.
• Native English speaker or equivalent. Fluency in other languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a plus.
• Passionate about technology and innovation.
• Have a pair of eyes for details, and are quick to learn new things.
• Team player with the ability to independently multi-task and set priorities whilst also being a supportive team player.
• Work with an initiative, open and a self-disciplined approach.

Base compensation for this role is : $109,100.00 - $138,100.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation.

The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
