We are seeking a driven Remote Customer Booking Specialist to join our passionate team. Growing your career is an incredible opportunity to develop valuable skills.

The right candidate will serve as a member of the Team, including monthly calls and meetings (virtual), and serve as an example of the companys mission.

We are currently seeking passionate people to help us guide customers to achieve their travel package goals. A successful candidate will understand the needs of our customers and work closely with them to create personalized details.

Flexible schedule, full-time and part-time options available.

Requirements :

Must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy.

Be flexible, creative, self-disciplined, while maintaining strong organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Motivated team players who are able to complete a projects.

Self-starter and capable of prioritizing and multitasking.

Respond to client requests and questions as directed

Apply payments & sending out payment reminders

Compile details and reservations for clients.

Correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises & welcome notes and client preferences.

Prepare client documents either electronically or hard copies advising of what should be printed.

Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and / or team needs

Update daily activity, reporting and status in cloud-based CRMs

Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently

Manage client profiles & bookings

Serve as main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies (can occur outside of normal office hours)

Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture
