Responsibilities include up to and not limited to : * Quotation Generation* Accessory quoting and post sales management* Telemarketing and business development* Territory strategy, marketing, and catalog stocking* Order processing* Manage shipping arrangements, Invoice tracking and reporting* Database development (OMS / CRM)* Developing and mailing correspondence, answering telephones, filing of customer : files, sales orders, invoices* Provide administrative support to Sales staff* Customer advocacy* Other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements : * Bachelor"s Degree* 2+ years related experience* Previous experience with CRM tools is preferable, but not required* Previous experience in machine tool industry preferred* Average to expert use of Microsoft Excel* Advanced interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment : General office environment will be experienced.
