Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
Lead planning, testing, and execution for compensation cycles
Coach and support HR stakeholders on Workday compensation functionality and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or 7+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of HR systems experience, including 3+ years managing cross-functional projects
Proven experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, and data governance
Ability to work across time zones and in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
