- A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1’s members, by :
- Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service
- Starting and finishing training sessions on time
- Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program
- Building and maintaining relationships with D1 clients
- Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe
Qualifications
- Is CPT certified or willing to become upon hire
- Has valid AED / CPR / First Aid certification
- Minimum of 1 year of intro to fitness group training related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
- Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
