We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential Enterprise Risk Management Interns!
Who should apply?
- Applications are accepted fromcollege students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time
- A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2025 thru spring 2027)
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is is highly preferred
- Students majoring in Risk Management are highly preferred, as well as those with strong writing and analytical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Intern, you will :
- Conduct research and analysis of internal and external information to support ERIE's Operational Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs.
- Gain an understanding of risk management principles.
- Learn about risk response techniques, including analyzing insurance needs.
- Gain experience in using risk management technology and reporting on ERIE's current and emerging risks.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required.
Additional Experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
