Responsibilities NURSE MANAGER POSITION- BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Horizon Health is seeking a Nurse Manager on the inpatient Adult Psychiatric Unit at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, AZ.
This unit is currently 24 adult psych beds. RESPONSIBILITIES : Plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of overall nursing care to patients for the adult inpatient psychiatric unit.
Provide managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit.
Contribute to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.
