Job Description :
We are seeking technical contact with operational acumen who will collaborate with SME's / System administrator including Technology team to build detailed documentation on systems and process.
Duties will include updating and managing the company's systems procedure guide end to end and working with developers, operations to create new documents as we release new services.
They will be working on their laptop and on the floor to assess processes.
Responsibilities :
- Fluency in technical and common office software, ERP and PLM knowledge is a plus
- Create, document, and refine technical information and other various materials explaining products, tools, and services.
- Collaborate with fellow technical communicators to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company.
- Manage complex information and multiple projects within content specifications including drawing swim lanes.

- Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible.
- Create technical documents that convey accurate messaging for the project and product specifications.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation
- Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in technical writing
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
