Drywall Estimator

We are an established commercial drywall subcontractor around Central Florida! We are actively looking for an experienced Drywall Estimator & Senior Estimator to join our offices in both Orlando and Tampa.

What You Will Be Doing

• Attending pre-bid walks
• Assembling bid files
• Proposing ideas that will create competitive advantages over the other bidders
• Identifying areas for cost reductions and value engineering
• Maintaining updated database of cost information (historical cost analysis of labor and equipment rates)
• Providing mentorship to estimating staff and interns
• Preparing high-level proposal schedules utilizing critical path scheduling software

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree Construction Management (preferred)
• 3+ years estimating experience
• Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, etc.
• EDGE or OST software proficiency preferred
• Experience with projects $100k+
• Excellent math & organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
