Patient Care Coordinator (Scheduler)
The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time patient care coordinator scheduler for the Primary Care division to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice.

What you’ll be doing to make an impact :
- Schedule patient appointments
- Monitor incoming referrals by fax, email, telephone, and web submission
- Handle sensitive information and abide by HIPPA standards
- Communication with physicians and staff for the best plan of care
- Obtain patient demographics and insurance
- Proficient with EMR
What you’ll bring to the table :
- High school diploma / GED (required)
- Prior experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
What’s in it for you :
- For this position, you will be paid $16 / hour.
- A schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm
