Position Summary :
The Commercial Sales Representative role is responsible for evaluating commercial HVAC project needs and providing quotes for repair or replacement.
- Responsible for increasing company’s commercial business accounts
- Will visit an established minimum number of potential new business accounts daily to attract new work for the company
- Maintain company standard Key Performance Indictor s (KPI)
- Travel throughout Heart’s entire service area
- Must read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan installations and layouts.
- Maintain knowledge of all available rebates / incentives
- Educating the clients of the possible rebates / incentive options
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
- Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of Sales preferred
- Must have Industry Knowledge and commercial HVAC experience
