- Develop, implement, and oversee execution of the Solaray Brand Strategy.
- Create, develop, and lead GTM strategy and plans for brand and products that are cohesive, disruptive, and flawlessly executed for maximum impact.
- Lead internal and external agencies across paid, owned, earned to execute holistic brand and product campaigns.
- Lead brand team and multifunctional team to deliver best in class execution of brand strategy.
- Analyze business, consumer, customer, and competitive trends to inform business priorities and marketing pivots with data.
- Partner with sales teams to drive sell in and sell thru : Develop strategic in store and sell-in initiatives, oversee shopper marketing programs, oversee selling materials and educational trainings.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors on developing new product formulations and manage product life cycle of existing products.
- High performing people leader to develop and manage a high performing team of direct and indirect reports across a multifunctional team.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with colleagues and other brand managers on various projects.
- Maintain and develop relationships with academia and professional community.
- Attend industry trade shows and events.
- This position requires some travel.
- May participate in various projects with other functional areas.
- Support of and involvement in company, department, and / or safety policies, procedures, programs and activities.
Job Qualifications :
- Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) preferred with a minimum of seven years’ experience with CPG Marketing.
- Able to be strategic as well as execute with excellence.
- Strong business acumen.
- Consumer and Product obsessed. Experience mining trends and translating insight into marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Strong people leader. Experience leading a marketing team, cross functional team, and internal and external agencies required.
- Experience creating marketing campaigns, leading paid media, and launching new products required.
- Experience in the supplements, natural products, health & wellness industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills a must : Demonstrated ability to create, analyze, synthesize, and present data to influence strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to effectively present information both written and oral and to respond to questions from groups of managers, company employees, sales representatives, customers, and the public.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and establishing new processes as needed.
- Available to travel to Salt Lake City, Utah at least 1x / month required.
