The Role The Executive Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to our Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence;
drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel Being prompt with time and commitments, responding to both team members, partners, and vendors on time Attend meetings (on-site, and virtual) take notes, and track deliverables Prepares agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings Why U.

LawShield membership included with employment Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in project management, communications, or as an Executive Assistant to senior-level leadership required Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent organizational and planning skills;
