Senior Sales Representative Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the packaging or manufacturing sector
• Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (60% of time)

Senior Sales Representative Responsibilities :

• Execute sales strategies for both existing and new customers, focusing on consistent year-over-year growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold-calling and lead generation
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and meetings
• Collaborate with customer service and quality teams to address client issues effectively and cost-efficiently
