SIGN INDUSTRY PROJECT MANAGER

We have the resources and expertise to provide business signs and professional sign services such as design, production, permitting and installation.

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager, with experience in the signage industry, to add to our talented team. Experience working within the Petroleum, Restaurant, or Automotive industries a HUGE plus!

Sign Industry Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Work with clients to kick off projects and identify the full scope of work needed
• Work closely with Salespeople to ensure project success
• Regularly update the client and salesperson of project status
• Utilize resources available, determine project timeline, pricing accuracy, budgets & project needs
• Foresee any upcoming project hurdles and professionally communicate to all project stakeholders, providing alternative solutions
• Work with various jurisdictions to obtain code checks, permits, and underground locates
• Communicate with all departments to bring projects from design to delivery & billing
• Identify and adhere to budgets
• Properly document projects utilizing appropriate software / programs
• Identify when safety hazards are present at job sites and work to alleviate them
• Invoice clients

Sign Industry Project Manager Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience working within Petroleum, Restraurant and / or Automotive a HUGE plus.
• Sign industry project management experience required
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced, changing environment
• Able to stay calm and focused during the lifecycle of the project
• Be accountable with strong time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work with varying personalities both inside and outside the company
• Experience with previous ERP systems
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
