Hours : The working hours are 9 : 00 am until 6 : 00 pm
Telework : Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday.
Telework capability as deemed by COR.
Duties :
- Maintain a physical presence at the receptionist or welcome desk during designated hours.
- Act as a First Impressions Lead by greeting visitors professionally, warmly, and respectfully.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and ensuring a positive initial experience.
- Coordinate facility-related inquiries and assist in essential facilities-related communication and support.
- Work with the PM to conduct queue management activities and handle tasks and requests related to facilities, space, and lease management.
- Plan and conduct facility tours for new visitors and clients.
- Oversee the setup of special events or functions with the client's viewpoint in mind.
- Create and deliver new employee orientation welcome kits with supplies ordered by the Workplace Solutions Department.
- Walk the building to observe things from the client’s viewpoint and put tickets in to resolve issues.
- Interview customers about their experiences with Workplace Solutions, the Welcome Desk, reservable spaces, and other facility-related services, and recommend improvements.
- Review the Workplace Solutions Intranet page and subpages for outdated information.
- Print signage inserts for offices and conference rooms.
- Aid Office Services staff with installation and other administrative activities, as needed.

Requirements :
- Candidate should possess required skillset of being knowledgeable of or possess the ability to learn SharePoint; candidate should be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Experience :
