Work Setup : Fully Remote but must be located in PST
Responsibilities :
Advise attorneys facing disciplinary actions on their rights and ethical obligations.
Keep clients updated and address their concerns throughout the process.
Represent attorneys at hearings, presenting arguments and defending their reputation.
Investigate complaints by reviewing documents and interviewing witnesses.
Develop defense strategies, gather evidence, and prepare legal documents.
Negotiate settlements with state bar associations when necessary.
Help create training materials to support the firms growth.
Stay current on legal ethics and state bar regulations.
Engage in legal associations to stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications :
7+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Litigation, legal ethics, professional responsibility, or disciplinary defense.
California State Bar experience preferred.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
