Junior Product Owner
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner with healthcare experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to provide clear, practical solutions while managing customer requests, system access, and permissions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist resolving user issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to clarify requests, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to end users regarding the status of their issues and notify them once resolved.
- Support users with access and permission needs, troubleshooting access issues as necessary.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure seamless delivery of support and new features.
- Prioritize the product backlog, focusing on resolving technical issues and enhancing user experience.
- Maintain detailed records of support processes, system access requests, and resolution outcomes.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner working in the healthcare industry including claims experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience in managing or working alongside Tier 1 support teams.
- Must have 1 year of QA testing experience
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
