About the Role
This role is a part of Group Risk Strategy and Transformation team that steers the divisional priorities. Integration and Execution Manager is responsible for management of the RST team’s backlog, working closely with others to prioritise work, manage interdependencies and distil features to epics.
The Integration and Execution Manager will focus on resource allocation, risk management, project oversight, and performance measurement to support successful transformation efforts across the organization.

What will your day look like?
Capability and Workforce Strategy :
- Support Group Risk in driving all capability and workforce related deliverables.
- Establish operating rhythm and cadence to support delivery of key priorities.
- Drive and support Group Risk People Value Proposition related initiatives in GCC.
- Work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure transition execution and integration across Risk Division, including identifying and facilitating learning interventions as required.
- Identify opportunities and embed continuous improvement across business divisions.
- Partner with GCC COEs and foster innovation and automation.
- Drive and support productivity streams of work.
- Gather data, run analysis and implement reporting systems, leveraging existing tools and templates.
Governance and Oversight :
Enforce governance standards through regular audits and reviews, updating policies as necessary to reflect regulatory changes and organizational evolution.
Project and Change Management :
- Monitor the progress of transformation projects, ensuring they remain on track with respect to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Evaluate project performance against predefined milestones and deliverables, making adjustments as needed to maintain project trajectory.
- Identify and develop solutions for ad-hoc projects. Provide oversight and guidance to project teams, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Performance Metrics and Reporting :
- Track and analyse transformation key performance indicators (KPIs), using the insights gained to drive performance improvements across the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, articulating project progress, challenges faced, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the central Risk Strategy team to conduct in-depth analysis of people and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to the GCC risk teams.
Stakeholder Management :
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations with the GCC RLT’s strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior management, project sponsors, and other key stakeholders, facilitating their involvement and support for ongoing projects.
Resource Allocation and Management :
- Allocate and manage resources strategically to support the operational priorities of the GCC Risk Leadership Team (RLT).
- Optimize resource utilization by forecasting needs and aligning them with project timelines and objectives.
- Implement resource management tools and techniques to track resource availability and allocation.
What will you bring?
Must have’ knowledge, skills and experiences :
- 7-9 years of experience in project management, governance, or a similar role within a transformation or change management context.
- Proven experience in managing resources, overseeing projects, and implementing governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and monitor performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Domain Knowledge required preferably from a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Good to have’ knowledge, skills and experiences :
- Relevant experience as a Project Manager (required).
- Demonstrated experience in taking accountability and prioritising.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in an ambiguous environment, create focus and enough certainty to deliver and succeed.
- Be able to challenge yourself, collaborate with others, accept feedback, grow and be ready for a future that is constantly changing.
- Experience in Agile project management framework.
- Exposure to risk and controls functions is advantageous.
